These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the N3Bass Music website and the purchase of digital music, beats and related licenses offered through it (the “Service”). The Service is operated by N3Bass Music Ltda. (CNPJ 66.410.628/0001-73) (“N3Bass Music”, “we”, “us”).

By browsing the site, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

N3Bass Music is a digital marketplace for licensing original music and beats. All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

You may purchase as a guest or with an account. Providing accurate information is your responsibility, and you agree to keep any account credentials confidential.

Each track is offered under one or more license tiers. The specific rights, permitted uses and any limitations (for example, streaming, distribution or usage caps) are described on the corresponding product and licensing pages at the time of purchase. Your rights are limited to those granted by the license tier you actually purchase.

Unless a license is expressly identified and sold as exclusive, all licenses are non-exclusive: the same track may be licensed to other customers. Exclusive rights are handled separately by negotiation and are not sold through the standard checkout.

Ownership of the underlying composition and master recording, and all associated copyright, remains with N3Bass Music and/or the respective artists. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or claim ownership of a track as a standalone product.

Prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) and may be charged in Brazilian Real (BRL) where available, converted at the exchange rate applied at checkout. The final amount and currency are shown to you before you confirm payment.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not collect or store your full card details. Any taxes or fees required by applicable law will be applied and shown where relevant.

After your payment is confirmed, your files and license documentation are made available for digital download and/or sent by email. Because some payment methods confirm asynchronously, delivery occurs only once payment is fully confirmed.

Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon confirmation of payment, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the files have been made available or downloaded.

If you experience a technical problem, were charged more than once, or believe there was an error with your order, contact us and we will review your case in good faith.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party;
• resell, share or redistribute files or licenses beyond the rights granted;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; or
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, N3Bass Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles.
