All N3Bass Music products are delivered digitally. No physical shipping is required.

1. What You Receive

When you purchase a music license on N3Bass Music, you receive the following digital files:

High-quality audio files — MP3 (320 kbps), WAV (24-bit) and/or FLAC, depending on availability.
License certificate (PDF) — an official document confirming your license, with a unique license number, a SHA-256 verification hash and a QR code for online verification.
Commercial invoice (PDF) — your purchase receipt.

All files are bundled in a single ZIP download.

2. How Delivery Works

Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is confirmed, delivery is triggered automatically.

Instant Download

Your files appear on your order page, ready to download.

Email Notification

You receive an email with a link to your order page and download instructions.

Download Window

Download links are available for 48 hours. Contact us if you need a new link.

3. No Physical Shipping

N3Bass Music is a digital-only platform. Music licenses are electronic products. There is no physical merchandise and no shipping is involved. You do not need to provide a shipping address.

Digital delivery is free for all purchases. There are no shipping, handling, or additional digital delivery fees.

4. Delivery Timing

Delivery is immediate once payment is confirmed. For card payments, this is typically instant. For asynchronous payment methods (such as Pix), delivery occurs as soon as the payment confirmation is received, which usually takes a few seconds to a few minutes.

5. If Something Goes Wrong

If you completed your payment but your files are not available, try the following:

Check the email address you used at checkout for a delivery notification.
Revisit your order page — delivery may take a moment for asynchronous payments.
If the issue persists, contact us and we will resolve it.
